From August 19 to 21, 2026, SMARTWASP successfully hosted its 2^nd Global Technical Training Conference at the company’s headquarters. Representatives from partners in Singapore, Thailand, Mexico, Romania, and Uzbekistan gathered for an in-depth training program and exchange focused on two of the company’s core product lines: the SMARTWASP Stretch Wrapping Machine and the KINKON Palletizer.

At the opening ceremony, SMARTWASP Director Jack Man delivered a welcome address, extending a warm welcome to the partners who had traveled from around the world to attend the event. He introduced the conference’s theme, “One Family, One Future,” emphasizing that regardless of where they are located, SMARTWASP and its global partners are closely connected as one family. The company remains committed to an open and mutually beneficial approach, working hand in hand with partners around the world to create a shared future and achieve long-term growth together.

The training program focused on the company’s two major product lines—the stretch wrapping machine and palletizer—and was delivered by SMARTWASP’s technical team through a combination of systematic instruction and hands-on practice. The sessions covered equipment structure, operating procedures, and solutions to common after-sales service challenges, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the products.

During the training, partner representatives were also given the opportunity to visit SMARTWASP’s factory, where they toured the production workshops and gained firsthand insight into the company’s manufacturing processes. The visit provided them with a more direct and comprehensive understanding of SMARTWASP’s rigorous quality control standards. Following a comprehensive assessment combining both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, all participants successfully completed the training and were awarded official certificates of completion.

In addition to the intensive and enriching training sessions, SMARTWASP also organized a cultural experience program, inviting its global partners to step outside the classroom and experience the distinctive charm of traditional Jiangnan culture firsthand. The itinerary included a visit to Nanxun Ancient Town, where the participants took a boat ride along the waterways and experienced the unique beauty of the traditional water town, characterized by winding canals, stone bridges, and picturesque riverside scenery. The group also visited Suzhou’s iconic landmark, the Gate of the Orient, offering an opportunity to appreciate the vibrant and dynamic character of the modern city.In a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere that balanced learning with leisure, representatives from different countries engaged in meaningful exchanges and deepened their understanding of one another. The cultural experience not only brought the partners closer together but also further strengthened mutual trust and reinforced the bonds of friendship and cooperation among SMARTWASP and its global partners.

This training conference marked an important step in SMARTWASP’s ongoing efforts to expand its global presence and strengthen its international development strategy.
