On January 15, 2022, the 2021 Smart Wasp Technology Annual Conference & Awards Ceremony with the theme of "Winning All Scenarios" was grandly held in Wujiang Intelligent Manufacturing Factory! All the Smart Wasp gathered together to review 2021 and look forward to 2022!

At 1:30 pm, after the opening of the solemn national anthem and Smart Wasp's song "Industry Serve the Country", with the speech of Mr. Man Jun, the co-founder and CTO of Smart Wasp, the 2021 Smart Wasp Awards Ceremony officially kicked off.

The same goal, the same direction. There are always some people around us who have always been so excellent, who have been silently giving, and have always been our role models. Because of you, Smart Wasp is the best! In this awards ceremony, five awards were awarded: Outstanding Newcomer Award, Most Potential Award, Special Contribution Award, Outstanding Employee Award and Outstanding Cadre Award. Smart Wasp has a grateful heart, and awarded three awards for outstanding suppliers, strategic partners, and cooperation contributions to those who helped in 2021.

Subsequently, Mr. Wang Junjian, co-founder and CFO of Smart Wasp, announced the latest organizational structure in 2022, and issued letters of appointment to the heads of twelve business units. The letter of appointment represents not only honor, but also responsibility and burden. I believe that under the example of these twelve responsible persons, Smart Wasp will be able to reach a higher level!

In this award ceremony, Smart Wasp welcomed a mysterious guest-Professor Wu Chaohua from Wuhan University of Technology. In view of the scholarship donation by Smart Wasp to Wuhan University of Technology in November 2021 and the vivid entrepreneurial speech given by the founder Mr. Wang Ruibang to the students, Professor Wu Chaohua also issued a letter of appointment to Mr. Wang Ruibang on behalf of Wuhan University of Technology-appointing Mr. Wang Ruibang as Wuhan University of Technology The 37th Entrepreneurial Mentor of Polytechnic University, 5-year term!
